Delivery area and cost

Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is included in the price of our current £44.95 T-shirts. Northern Ireland is not currently offered through this Shopify store.

International tracked delivery is available to EU countries for £9.95, and to the United States, Canada and Australia for £11.95, shown at checkout (in your local currency where available). International delivery estimates after dispatch are approximately 6–21 days for Europe and other international destinations, and approximately 3–5 days for the United States. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Import taxes and duties

International orders are made and shipped from the United Kingdom. Your local import VAT/sales taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees are not included in our price or delivery charge and may be collected by the carrier on arrival. You are responsible for these charges where they apply.

Made to order

Our T-shirts are printed to order by our UK fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable. Production is estimated to take approximately five working days after our fulfilment partner receives payment for the order, before dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Our payment to the fulfilment partner is separate from your checkout payment, so the production period may not start immediately when you place your order. Production can take longer if an item is unavailable or there is a delay; we will contact you if this affects your order.

Delivery after dispatch

Our current standard delivery uses Inkthreadable’s default UK service based on parcel weight: Royal Mail 24 Tracked for parcels up to 2 kg, and DX Courier for heavier parcels within its supported weight range. Royal Mail 24 delivery is estimated at 1–3 days after dispatch; courier delivery is estimated for the next working day after dispatch. These transit estimates are additional to production time and are not guaranteed arrival dates. An estimated dispatch date is not an arrival date.

Delays or delivery problems

Please contact hello@ledogdor.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will investigate and explain the available next steps. Supplier or carrier investigation periods do not remove your statutory rights. Unless you agree otherwise, the statutory requirement for delivery without undue delay and within 30 days applies.
